Supplier Quality Enhancement Services (SQES) is a advanced & value added services, like Sampling Inspection, Hi Random Inspection, Control Chart Plotting, Location Check Sheet Plotting, 100% Visual Inspection, Location check sheets, ISIR/PPAP Sample Verification, Poka Yoke, 8D verification, etc.
After Market Audit (AMPA) and On Call Inspection (OCI) ensure consistent quality both pre and post production. We conduct both on site (client location) and off-site supplier premises) inspections to verify that the product has been manufactured in accordance.

We provide an error free inspection services for Automotive and Non Automotive components. We ensure good traceability, accountability on input, output and rejections. We also will provide a detailed data analysis reports on yield, defects, manpower utilization and delays. The analysed data will help to take appropriate actions on process for improvements.
We accept all precision inspections at customer or supplier premises as per the client’s requirement.
